Return & Cancellations

Please kindly note, we are unable to add additional items to an order or take further payments once an order has been placed. We may not be able to apply any changes or cancel your order if it is too far along in our automated processes or already carefully prepared for its journey, but we will always try our very best!

General Return Policy

For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.Shipping charges are not refundable, and we do not cover any costs for the return.

To return an item, email artglee.world@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
